Todd & Teresa Rowen have been the Pastors of Victory Chapel since 1991. They currently serve as directors of the AFCM Rocky Mountain region. They are both Eastern Montana natives and have a heart for the people of South Central Montana. They have two daughters and three grandsons. Todd has a passion for soul winning and has recorded teachings that have been translated into languages all across Asia and South America. Teresa is an active voice in our state and local government and is committed to seeing a return to God in our political system. Together, their marriage, ministry and love for God set a true example of what Godly leadership looks like.
